Diamond Soft bedding from Harlan Teklad is definitely one of those products that we highly recommend.

Diamond Soft bedding is a cellulose bedding material that is made from hardwood paper pulp. This type of paper pulp is used extensively as a cellulose source in the manufacturing of consumer paper products. In order to insure that the bedding is free of contaminants such as bacteria and other microorganisms, the processing facility is strictly monitored. Laboratory analysis of the product is performed quarterly and provides information on potential contaminants such as pesticides, heavy metals, yeast, and molds. The finished product is brilliant white in color and is softer than any other contact bedding on the market. We primarily use Diamond Soft bedding for display cages and as a shipping substrate.

The bedding is packaged in 20 pound autoclavable bags.
